Pricing

In our testing, Yesaway was among the more affordable car rental companies at Honolulu, Los Angeles and Orlando airports. However, availability and pricing varied considerably by date, and on some searches no competitively priced cars were available at all.

Client Reviews

Overall, Yesaway receives slightly below-average customer feedback. As one example, its Honolulu Airport location has a rating of 7.2, scoring highest for drop-off speed at 7.7 and 7.3 for value for money. Its lowest score there is 6.4 for ease of finding the rental desk.

We also found several customer complaints concerning liability insurance. In these cases, renters reported being told that their existing liability cover did not meet Yesaway’s requirements and that they therefore had to purchase additional, more expensive insurance before collecting the vehicle.

Our Rating: 5/10

Yesaway can offer competitive prices, with affordable cars available for most of the dates we tested, and customer reviews are generally reasonable. However, the reports of customers having to purchase additional liability insurance are a significant drawback and lead us to mark Yesaway down.
