Location

Thrifty’s car rental desk at Detroit Airport can be reached via shuttle bus from the main terminals. Once you've claimed your baggage, follow signs to Ground Transportation and take a shuttle to the rental car campus, located at the Northeast corner of the airport along Lucas Drive. Shuttle bus stops can be found in the Ground Transportation Centers of both the McNamara Terminal Parking Garage and the Big Blue Deck of the Evans Terminal. Once you’ve sorted your paperwork, you can collect your vehicle directly from the designated Thrifty pick-up area within the rental car campus parking facility. Opening hours: Sat-Weds 8am-6pm Thurs-Fri 8am-9pm
