You can reach the Rental Car Center by taking the MIA Mover, which is accessed from the third level between the Dolphin and Flamingo garages. From there, use the third-level Skyride moving walkways to reach the MIA Mover station. After checking in at the rental counter, you’re directed to a specific garage level or aisle linked to your rental company. For off-site rental companies, you’re typically taken by shuttle from the RCC to their nearby lot, where the car pickup happens at their facility instead.
