Pricing & Security Deposit

Our testing found that Easirent was generally more affordable than rental car companies operating directly from the three airports included in our review. However, when compared with other off-airport providers, Easirent was typically among the more expensive options. Another significant drawback was its exceptionally high security deposits. At Orlando Airport, for example, deposits ranged from $1,800 to $2,500 for a one-week rental – among the highest we recorded.

Client Reviews

Customer reviews of Easirent at Orlando Airport are generally poor, with an overall rating of just 5.6 out of 10. Pick-up speed scores particularly badly at 5.1, while value for money receives a similarly disappointing 5.4. Drop-off speed fares slightly better at 6.4.

Many customers also report lengthy waits for the airport shuttle service. Another recurring complaint concerns insurance requirements, with customers claiming that Easirent agents refuse to accept personal or third-party car insurance policies, or demand extensive printed documentation as proof of coverage, forcing them to purchase Easirent's additional daily collision coverage.

Our Rating: 4/10

Easirent is not currently among our recommended rental car companies at the three Florida airports reviewed. Although its rates can be competitive on certain dates, with potential savings compared to on-airport providers, overall customer reviews are not sufficiently positive for us to recommend the company at this time.
