Fleet
Centauro’s fleet at Barcelona Airport caters to a wide choice of budgets, tastes and needs. At the lower end, the Mini and Economy categories feature compact, city-friendly models such as the Fiat 500 or Seat Ibiza, with daily rates starting at around €6–€10. Mid-range travellers can opt for Compact or SUV models, including vehicles like the Ford Focus or Kia Sportage, typically priced between €30 and €50 per day.
For larger groups or those seeking something a little fancier, premium options such as convertibles, high-spec SUVs, or nine-seater vans like the Fiat Scudo are available, with prices often exceeding €80 per day depending on the season and demand. Electric and hybrid vehicles are not so common, though they do offer a Fiat 500 Electric for around US $15/day

Insurance and Deposits
Centauro’s standard insurance is called Limited Supplier Insurance, which covers bodywork damage and theft, although this doesn’t extend to keys, tyres, windscreens, glass, or the car’s undercarriage. When you pick up a vehicle, a refundable security deposit of €1,050 is temporarily held on your card, which is then returned providing the car comes back with the fuel fully topped up and without speeding fines, unpaid tolls, or other charges.
The damage and theft excess is €1,100, meaning that if, for example, an incident occurs costing €2,080 to repair, you’d pay up to €1,100, with the rest covered by the insurance. For extra peace of mind, Centauro also offers Premium Cover to reduce or eliminate this excess entirely.
