At Richmond International Airport, the Avis rental counter is located inside the terminal in the baggage claim area on the lower level. After collecting your luggage, follow the signs for Arrivals or Baggage Claim to find the Avis desk, where you can complete the rental paperwork. Once the process is finished, the rental vehicles are parked just outside the baggage claim area, allowing you to walk directly from the counter to the car lot to collect your vehicle.
