Cancún International Airport (CUN) is the busiest airport in the country and Latin America for international passengers. For something larger, Renault Duster is available for similar prices. If you'll pay a little more, you can land yourself a premium sedan or speciality SUV for around $24 per day.

Avis's rental desk is also open 24/7 for maximum convenience. They offer a wide choice of cars, from economy choices like a Chevrolet Aveo starting at just $8 per day, to mid-range SUVS like a Nissan Kicks from around $13 per day, all the way through to high-end models and 7-seater SUVs, which tend to start at about $38 per day.

Mex Rent a Car

For a local option, MEX Rent a Car are open 24/7. They offer an impressive selection of vehicles. Among them are compact vehicles like the Nissan March, starting at around $10 per day, mid-size cars like the Nissan XTrail for about $20 per day, and premium models such as the Toyota HiAce from approximately $24 per day.

Open from 8am to 7pm daily, Routes are among the lesser known rental names at Cancun Airport. Pick from economy cars like a Chevrolet Spark which is listed around $36p per day, intermediate models such as a Volkswagen Vento for just a dollar or two more, and SUVS including the Suzuki Igni for upwards of $45 per day.

Mas

Alamo's rental desk is open all day, every day at Cancun Airport. For an economy car, they offer the Nissan March for around $10 per day, mid-range cars or small SUVS such as the Nissan Kicks for typically about $20 per day, and higher-end vehicles like the Audi Q5 for closer to $35 per day.
